Chapter One! About Me!!!

Hi There... So as I'm new to the whole blogging world, I thought I might as well begin with a small introduction about myself.
In case you don't know who I am, my name is Antonia but I'm known as Tiger.
I bet you're wondering.... Tiger? How? Why? What? When?
As a child I was known as Kitty Cat by my mother. As I grew up and went to university, it was time for a change and the rest is history!

I am in my twenties, born and raised in London. Sister to five siblings and Aunty to three children.
I was born to write TV and film screenplays which I first had a passion for at the age of ten.
My dream always was to become a parent, a kindergarten teacher and a famous screenwriter, all of which I have FAILED at!
I have realised raising a child is the hardest thing anyone can do but it seems like everyone's becoming a parent these days, even kids as young as sixteen are!!!! Some might want the help from the government, ie. benefits, council house. However others disagree with the way the government is run and I'm one of them.
I believe that if you know you can't raise a baby at the moment, then simply don't have one, that is why I've decided not to have a baby yet.  Don't worry, i will be talking more of this in my upcoming posts.

As a child, one of my favourite films was Kindergarten Cop with  actor Arnold Schwarzenegger and I would religiously watch it every Christmas and whenever I was bored to the point where I knew every famous line. Thats when I found myself wanting to become a Kindergarten teacher. I researched what I needed to do to excel as a teacher, I even looked at different universities in England and America.
When the time came to do my Ucas, I put down five of the best universities for my degree but somehow was chosen to do a Scriptwriting course at Staffordshire University and decided writing screenplays probably made more money and was a better career for me.
After so many lectures. graduating with a degree, countless drunk situations and over nine grand in debt, I still hadn't managed to find that perfect dream job as a screenwriter. Over the past few years, I have enjoyed getting my foot in the media industry, working as a radio presenter, Photographer and social media intern but for now my dream will have to wait. Instead I work to live and live to work, thirty- forty hours a week in a place I very much hate.
Who said becoming an adult was fun when you have rent, bills and food to pay for every month?

Anyway enough about me, on my blog; I'm going to write about anything and everything, from my daily lifestyle to my opinions of the world.
Get ready for TWO new posts every week.

Enjoy xo
